Sweet Quest: Match & Blast — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Sweet Quest: Match & Blast ("Sweet Quest", "the app") is developed by Gabriel Santos Pereira ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
Data we collect
- Guest account ID. When you first open the app you play as a guest: the app signs you in automatically using Firebase Anonymous Authentication, with a random ID that is not linked to your real identity.
- Optional account (email). Creating an account is optional and exists only to save your game progress so you don't lose it and can continue on another device. If you create one, we store your email address (and, if you use email sign-in, a password that Firebase stores securely hashed — we never see it). If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your account ID and email from Apple or Google (with Apple you can hide your real email). We never use your email for marketing; it is only used to sign you in and, if you ask, to send a password-reset link.
- Gameplay progress. Level completion, stars, score, in-game coins, items and cosmetics you unlocked are stored in our database (Firebase Firestore), tied to your guest or account ID, so your progress is saved.
- Gameplay and usage analytics. To understand where players get stuck and improve the game, the app sends anonymous usage events to our own analytics server: app opens and session length, screens visited, levels started, won, lost or left, boosters and revives used, purchases started or completed, and where on the screen you tap (as a position on the screen, never what you type). Events are tied to a random ID created on your device (and, if you have an account, to your account ID), are never sold or shared, and are not used to track you across other apps or websites. Raw events are deleted after about 13 months.
- Purchases. If you buy something in the app, the purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm the purchase and unlock what you bought; it receives your app user ID and the purchase details, never your payment information.
- Advertising identifiers. The app shows ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect device/advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. On iOS, the app asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) can be used for personalized ads; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. See Google's policy below for details on what Google collects.
How we use data
Data is used solely to run and improve the app: saving your level progress and lives, unlocking purchases, understanding which levels and screens need work, and showing ads that keep the app free. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating the app.
Third-party services
Data deletion
If you created an account, you can delete it at any time inside the app: Account > Delete account. This permanently deletes your login and all saved progress. Guest players (no account) can also email us at gabriel.sp.gsp@gmail.com and we will delete the associated record.
Children's privacy
Sweet Quest does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Playing never requires an account; the optional account only asks for an email address, used solely to save game progress.
Changes to this policy
